Wool Overs

I just received my order, a cashmere sweater. It is a perfect fit and color and has a lovely feel. I had looked everywhere for this particular style and color, a v-neck in camel, and couldn't find one until discovering WoolOvers. Taking a chance, as I am in the States, I placed the order at the end of February. The sweater was sent out March 1st but I failed to get the dispatch email because it went to my junk folder. Contacting WoolOvers, I got an immediate polite response and given the expectation of 7-10 days for delivery. Ten days is not an unreasonable amount of time for anything coming from the UK and that's exactly what it took. I am well pleased with my order and the customer service and will not hesitate to order from WoolOvers in the future.
