Last year , when in nz i bought a fleece lined sherpa hoodie - pretending it was for my husband (but really for me lol). Unfortunately, back in australia, my husband loved it - looked good and was snuggly warm against the chilly wind. I tried to buy another one online straight away but it was out of stock. I kept looking.... (that's how good they are) a year later, slightly changed, they were back in stock and on sale. Total yay. Ordered and received 4 days later. First wow. Tried them on - love them - second wow. But...Inside the packet wa s also a little bar of chocolate saying thanks for ordering online. Wow. What a great touch. (i don't actually eat chocolate but it's the thought that counts. What a great great touch!) and a friendly card explaining how to refund/exchange if needed. This shop has really got it right. Well-done hallensteins! :)
